A few weeks back I made red velvet cupcakes. The recipe's the same as earlier (yes, quantity and all. Just one minor difference - it took about 30minutes for the cupcakes to be done). Had a go at a good vanilla buttercream frosting this time.
Turned out pretty well, not as huge a disaster as last time (I am talking about the frosting, only), so everybody was happy, most of all me.
In fact, now I've given up baking cakes for the time being because the little frosted cupcakes seem so much more appealing (to me) :D
